Her research compares the views of college students in the United States and England in regards to cultural ideologies around social class and race, and finds out how they think and speak about race, fairness, and meritocracy. Warikoo defines different types of merit that exist in the college admissions process, and different frames for thinking about race and diversity on campuses.
